Seriously an ABEC rating of 7 infers an excellent bearing, so if they are expensive that is why (but of course high quality is not necessarily expensive in the long run, just in initial outlay) (which of course is what people who complain about the cost of XRAY spares fail to recognise). That is not a guarantee though, but I guess a probability
