XRAY - Model racing cars

I just bought a XRAY T3 2011 and a bunch of hop up parts. Bought this car to drift with. Haven't put this kit together yet. Wanting to know how to set this car up for drifting? Bought a multi-diff one-way for the front. What else do I need in order to set this car up for the ultimate drifting experience. PLEASE, PLEASE help me out. Any and all advice will be truly appreciated. New to the drifting scene. Thank you so very much...

I need to change the pinion of 20t with that of 25 for the rear and as the belt is tight
38/16 front and 25/32 rear => CS 1.85

Camber => Front 6° rear 3°
