I took the t3'11 out for the first time and had a very odd meeting:
First heat - drive pin got jammed at the rear
second heat - both drive pins jammed up
third heat - MAde A-final with a safe run
Final - came third
these results, on a 'shake down' run, with the car not driving how I really want it too - and majorly undergeared for the final - change of 5.70 0 7.2 (just experimenting)
I must say that it is an awful lot more twitchy than the 008 that was just so damn easy and nice to drive - more confidence inspiring.
The T3'11 had so much grip - I only really started to explore this in the last few laps of the final as a stayed on power a lot more - especially the in-field.
I am umming and ahhing as to whether or not to actually do a set up change, or just get used to driving the car a bit more.
I have styed 'kit' with regards to set up, and odd though it may sound I am gonna experiement with flex first, then diff height second - I only say this coz I like to see what each change does in isolation.
The car is superb - built like a tank - love it
