gearing combinations and roll out

I dont know where to start looking at to make sure I dont melt something down and get the best performance.

I am using a 2s lipo with a 13.5 motor, I use a rear tire size of 56MM and 54mm in the front. I also run the 1s with a 13.5 in the WGT class. Will the gearing be the same on both setups. I am trying to find out what 64p gears to use. I am having little luck with researching this information online.

I use 2cell lipo but with a 25.5 motor. I have no idea where a 13.5 would be at. I don't think you can use the same as the 1cell though.
