Change your tire dopping method, less on the front tire. Change your inner roll center adjusters, raise the holders, or on the rc holders, if at the top already, add shims under the rc blocks. You could also widen the car out.

Could also try going with softer springs and slightly wider track.

Try supergluing the sidewalls (outside) on the front tires. (if you haven't already)
