I have modified the new setup sheet to remove the Roll out from being automatically calculated.

I have also added an editable box to the blank section near the bottom.
You could use CutePDF or a similar editor to fill it in.

why you do not want to have roll out automatically calculated?

I only race rubber, so I never use roll out.

what version of acrobat do we need for the editable bits to work fully?

I'm afraid I have no idea when it comes to Acrobat, I only have the 'Reader'.

I use CutePDF as the basic Form Filler is free.

I created the actual text box with Cute PDF Professional.
