XRAY - Model racing cars

It's quite simple really. Pro's are just as lazy as the rest of us. If there is compressed air nearby they will use that. If they need to walk too far or there is no compressed air they use a brush. Either will work but you need to take your time cleaning. As to dirt getting in the bearings or the diffs, both are sealed very well on XRay cars so it takes more than a bit of compressed air to have any such problems.

the pros- fit and finish of the car is unbelievable. the handling, the balance, how free the drive train is, the durablity, tunablity, everything about the car is awesome.....

the cons- my lhs cant seem to get part support.. whether its my store or rc america and the growing pains that currently exist..

In Mario and my posts "pro's" was short for "professionals", i.e. sponsored drivers...

I do know of a couple major stores in the Detroit area that were expecting Horizon to still be a parts source, and as a result they let their stock dwindle to levels that are way out of the ordinary for them...I'm sure they're set up on the RCAmerica system, but certain items are still in great demand, and unfrotunately those who arrived late to the party find themselves down at the bottom of the backorder list...

My understanding is that Horizon was continuing to give assurances to shops that they will be selling and supporting Xray during the transitional phase... I guess that an agreement was just never reached between Horizon and RCAmerica.
