OK I know silly question but I am trying to find out wich shaft style do I need for my newly ordered NT1R. I am thinking RB engine. Thanks for any help that can be provided

There are 2 versions of shafts :

1) OS shaft (only some thread) which can not be found for most racing engines, only on pullstarter engines is this a wide standard

2) SG shaft (5mm extension) which is standard on all racing engines

The NT1 needs a SG shaft.

Thanks for the information. I do have another question though. Out of pure laziness and getting tired of using starter boxes does anyone know if the RB touring .12 would fit with the rotostart feature? Would the motor mounts interfere with the rotostart?

I do not think so, for sure if it is about a NT1 because there is no space for such a starting mechanism.

RB did have some pullstart models as a better alternitive for most RTR cars but for serious racing they are crap.
