we do not do it beacause of traction but because of slightly better cornering speed. However, if you cut it, in corner steering is decreased

is this something to do for a low grip asphalt track ???

as I said, it does not increase traction. If you want to increase traction, use softer rear anti-roll bar or higher rear toe in or low position on rear roll center arms
