Gary, i shortened the screw on the pinion so that the screw does not look out of the pinion now. I also detected, that the front belt can touch the lower side of the servo saver:



I will try to drive with max. tight front belt...

For the sake of a few pennys or cents please try replacing the lay shaft bearing holders to the t2 009 ones they have a different off set i belive .

The problem was the screw of the pinion. I shortened the screw and now all is OK.

My friend had this problem and it was down to the bearing bushes he has changed to the 09 ones and it moved the belt further away from pinion grub screw .
Please confirm this for us Mr Hudy
