I am impressed and thankful for the response Brano. It demonstrates that the manufacturer actually does listen.
I would like to add that when I purchased my XT8-09 Spec kit back in July of 09', from A-Main Hobbies, it too was missing two items. The kit was absolutely factory sealed in all areas inside and out. I did not make a fuss about it as the sway bar connectors to the A-arms were easily replaced by one from an old junk OFNA buggy I got suckered into.

I figured at least the buggy turned out to be worth SOMETHING after all. I was able to finish the build with no time lost persay. Just a tiny bit of dismay and some frustration.
Just to say that missing parts might not be such a rarity after all. EVERYBODY has a bad day on occasion.
Finally, I have NEVER been turned down on missing parts requests made in a professional and parlaimentary fashion.
