Okay managed to do more testing a few days back.

Replaced the stock o-rings with the kyosho big bore o rings so no more leaky leaky from the shocks.

Used kyosho foam diaphragm sponges, had to be cut a bit since they push the xray diaphragms out too much, so all that in check.

Used 2 stock xray shock o rings to stop shocks from bottoming out and punching through the diaphragms.

Went out to the track and tested out the shocks for a full one hour session, no leaks, opened up the shocks today and found diaphragms still being pushed in slightly.

Will need to use one more o ring to total 3, to cushion things out.

Consistency was much better, looks like our track jumps really make the shocks work over time.
