XRAY - Model racing cars

I´m sitting here building my new 808 2010 spec and gonna put the shock absorbers togheter.

My quiestion now is, are there no felt shim for 2010spec?
becous there is no in my kit ???
i´m talking about the number 358062.

Please help me quick, i wanna get them togheter now.

Please also look at the supplementary instructions sheets. The felt shims were only used in the first version of the 808. Now there are shock boots.

Felt shims on my modded 08 lower shock caps that use mugen boots keep the oil good, air free & shock body grinding contaminated free for longer than the tracks they are filled for last. I can go 1-1.5 months(usually) of racing every week in the dry & a couple play days with a bit too much water & still be very confident in my shocks.

I under stand the more parts touching the shock shafts the less they will work to their highest potential but...

I am slow & even if I can get back to running as much as I use to I still will not be fast enough to be limited by 10-15% more drag in my shocks. I will however be lazy enough(FORE SURE) to appreciate shocks that last more than twice as long as any(almost)of my other cars.
