Hi, I've been playing around a lot with my T2 008 US, attempting to tweak it for the best performance at my local track, but I've been struggling to get it right.

Currently I'm running with a 1.6mm anti-roll bar at the front, pink springs up front, white at the rear (rebound of approx 25% for all 4, 3 holes open in piston), shock position 3 from lowest at rear, 4 from lowest at front, 1.5 degree camber at front with the kit 4 deg caster block and 2 at back, and .5 degree toe out at the front. Chassis flex is on the medium setting with all blocks removed. The roll centre arms are at +.75 on both front and rear. I'm running both front and rear standard diffs (front tighter than rear).

The problem is, is that my car just doesn't look as planted as the other cars at the track (the majority of which are xray) - The rear end loves to pop out (particularly on the straight corner) and it doesn't pull ideally out of corners. They've offered me tips, which I've applied to the car, but the overall mixture seems flawed.

If you could please take a look at the drawing of the track which I've added (apologies for my horrendous drawing abilities) and offer me some feedback on what I should alter I'd be very grateful. The track is indoor and carpet, I'd guess at medium (maybe low) grip. It's roughly 2-3 metres wide across consistently, not of altering width as shown in drawing (I run Sorex 24s with tyre conditioner applied fully to the rear tyres and on the inside of the front ones.)

Thanks for reading!

EDIT - TRACK IS 20-25 METRES IN LENGTH,10-15 IN WIDTH

First off you are running very stiff springs for a rubber tire. Start off with the 3.0's in front and 2.6's in back. Lower the roll center at the arm all the way around to 0. The +.75 are for high traction surfaces with foam tires.

This should get you in the ball park with out actually being at the track.

BTW, nice drawing

Thanks for the reply! Just had a look online, I can't find the 3.0s in stock, Should I just go with 2.8 and 2.4? BTW it's a stock/13.5 turn class.

Im having exactly the same problems and with advice of the guys at the track ive been right through the car and changed everything to rubber spec settings, taken out as many screws and support bars, cut down the top deck to replicate the rubbber spec, changed the springs, the oil and softened off the rebound.

I've put the setup with details of changes up, only for a different track. I was having the same handling problems at this track too before the changes though
