XRAY - Model racing cars

we need to get some mods on this board im not up for reading negative, aggressive and sometimes even racist views from people like nickpriest the guy has serious issues. what has rc come to banter between manufactures is done in the pits and on the track why have we got to put up with these WUM's

one guy out of 1000's wrecks a chassis and he expects everyone to go into panic mode. judging by his lack of class and aggression the problem he had was probably self inflicted these are strong race cars not strong tanks.

i run xray because of the quality and the strength and they have never dissaointed me and if they i would not go about my buisness like some people on here. this is an xray forumn for like minded pilots to help each other out not to preach that my car is better than yours, that doesnt help any body

there seems to be a current trend of new users joining on here spreading negativity to the new products if they are genuine xray pilots fair enough but if there from other manufacturers that is sad and pathetic.

i'm sure it's only a few hours work for Xray to design an optional part that links both sides together around the pulley and allowing the belt to pass for extra strength if you want it. Regardless, won't stop me or many others upgrading to T3

I've owned upwards of 7 Xray's and still have 3 currently including the new T3. In the past there was an issue with a newly designed diff thrust bearing on a new car and when the investigation showed a problem Xray made it right. I am happy to run my new car and hope that all goes well. That doesn't mean that I'm not concerned about this issue. I can definitely see it as a potential problem. A bridged unit while more difficult to make belt changes, would probably solve the problem, and just for durability sake, a similarly designed unit for the front of the back arms would insure that a hooking type hit on the rear of the car wouldn't similarly tear the rear of the chassis up.

I have confidence that Xray will make it right. It MAY turn out to be an issue and may cause some of us to miss a few race days with the new car, but in the end I'm certain that Xray will make it right.

Negative posts like those outlined earlier don't help the situation. We all spent good money on these kits and it just makes everyone apprehensive.

Hopefully Xray will make sure chassis' are in good supply at their distributors, and they come out with a permanent fix if there is indeed an issue. Maybe free or very low cost replacements plus the updated parts for those already having the issue.

To date, the only issue that was truly a sub-par part was replaced by Xray to me at no charge. I had purchased two kits with the issue and both (4 pcs) were replaced by Xray's American distributor. (RC America)

OK guys listen up. This is an XRAY forum. A lot of members have been on the forum for a long time, are intelligent, and run XRAYs. They know that apart from getting help from other members, XRAY staff and team drivers are quick to step in and help. Those that have been around for a while will also know that XRAY in the past have been quick to respond to problems and where clear and justified have been mighty quick to issue foc upgrades to solve a problem. Read the thread again and you will see that Mario is listening and trying to get additional information.

I have been on the forum for 3 years and have found it great with focussed discussion on the car of my choice. There has never been a thread like this. Unfortunately two intellectually challenged people, who clearly have no interest in XRAY, have decided to sign up to have a pop and have some “fun”.

Don’t descend to their gutter level, ignore them, they will get bored and lacking the intelligence to understand and participate in the normal constructive discussions, will go away.
