XRAY - Model racing cars

I've just got my new T3 chassis kit and started build process. Unfortunatley I noticed some huge deviation in the toe in settings of my chassis.

According to the manual expected values are:
Rear Toe: 1 deg
Front Toe: 0 geg

Mine has:
Rear left: 0 deg
Rear right: 1 deg
Front left: 0 deg
Front right: 0.5 deg


These differences seem to be cause by slightly displaced drill holes in the carbon chassis. Is this a big deal? Do I have to accept it or should I try to get a replacement part?

I had this once before with a 008 chassis, the rear left had 1 degree less toe in than the other side even when I had the same amount of shims!

I couldnt explain why the car felt odd to drive until I checked everything out, I just added extra shims to add 1 degree (I was running 3 deg)

I think either way you look at it the problem NEEDS to be sorted so either send your chassis back or try adding shims to sort out the problem when you have the car built.

If you do send the chassis back, what is to say the new chassis you get will be better?
