Currently my rear shocks (008) feel like the are not smooth.

I've tried changing the oil and the bottom O-ring on the shaft. HOwever it still does not feel smooth..

Am I missing something?

Shafts seem straight.. I"ve added green slime to the o-ring and that seems to have made a world of difference.
