I heard there will be a "2010" version of the 808, when will this be available?

Me too , can we have informations ? I need to service the car before 2010 so i don't want to buy parts who will change for 2010

New shocks towers , new diff housing , bearings ....

A famous french shop do not have anymore 2009 versions because of the new version who will be launch soon . And the new car will be at the French GP this week end.

It's what i saw on a french forum

It gets a mention on Neobuggy and on RC-tech, but suspect one rumour mill is probably feeding the other - so who knows what the facts are?

Possibly some of the suggestions in the sticky about what we'd like to see addressed are going to be covered, such as the radio box?

I bet the news makes 808'09 sales plummet cause everyone will wanna get the 2010 edition... For the reason I think we'll see 2010 edition coming SOON, before Xmas probably :wink:

I think wise move. Having new car introduced at Nürnberg and getting the shipment ready in March is LATE for many of us! Getting new car out for Xmas is a good selling booster also

09 kits have been discounted from the distributors for the last few weeks, and judging by the web site have all now gone - will be interesting to see whether there's an upgrade kit again from the 08/09 spec to 2010.

Radio tray and rear driveshaft to suit
New diff bulkheads with bigger bearings and dust covers

Mentions 'alu lightweight locating collars' - may be for the dust covers?
