Hey you can buy a OS 28xz engine or the 25 size engine. Or if you want a .21 you can buy a RB fire f11 or BXR. For the exhaust I am not too sure but i think RB makes some good ones.

BXR and pipe for $400 could be difficult.

A mate of mine runs an Alpha Plus .23 with the Orcan Mielke 2041 pipe with medium manifold. He's absolute happy with this combination. The price should be around 300$ I think. An additional plus on Alpha Plus engines is that their spares are "for free".
