XRAY - Model racing cars

Thanks again for all the help at the XRAY Challenge in Portland last weekend.

Question for you. I've been running a body post above the steering servo saver. I was told that at high speed, the body will deform and compromise the cars aerodynamics.

What do you think?

Thanks for the reply. Hmm....didn't know shock can do this wonder.

Due to the track condition, my down stop are set to F+4 / R+3, when I tension my spring I'll get a higher and unequal ride height, guess I need to control the droop screws to limit ride height? Will the car behave too nervous after I've tension all springs?

Had just set-up both cars for this weekend runs, will give it a try next week. Must try the pin balance method too.

Dear Paul,

Have you done any extensive testing on the mounting height of the front & rear diff?

I race mostly on asphalt, low to medium traction.
