+1 on that set-up. Been using that since my XB8 (the one that came with the tools and the dud battery pack).

ok i dont have the v3 tank yet but am aiming to in the near future
my 808 is a 08 eddition with many of the 09 upgrades
atm it has the following
alloy steering plate
and a few other bits
how do you guys ruinning aces get the throttle linkage to fit on the ace
horn i couldnt so have a piece of plastic spacing it out

I've used the orginal ace servo arm, but removed the ribbing on the underside. Then shaved down the block that the brake rod goes into (you need to run the rod so its furthest from the servo spline. Its clears, just.

I didn't have to change my tune for the whole time I ran it. I oiled both filter elements in the air cleaner body. If/when you do have to replaced an air cleaner, just replace the outer, the inner NEVER gets dirty. Even when I was at Silver State, the inner air cleaner was never dirty. The beauty of the air cleaner cover is dirt doesn't stick to it, so you really don't have much to clean off, unless it's that really fine dirt that will accumulate over time....

I just ran first race (and one training) with the same air filter cover. It works really-really nice! It also makes the air filter a bit smaller, at least the RB one I run, so it does not tought the brake linkage or the cooling head.

And nice fuel line routing, Rocco... I will also try it out (with filter).
