The M18T has its own pivot ball suspension system which is not compatible with the arm link suspension of the vehicles hubs you wish to use.

Also, you could not make aluminum arms easily for the M18T without great cost because the interior concave curve of the pivot ball points. That, and you have to pop the balls in. Which would be nigh impossible if the arms were aluminum since they would have no give.

You can get some buggy shells to fit meant for other cars.
