Front downstop is doing nothing when you're entering a corner.

When the rear is loose entering a corner while braking (too much frontal weight transfer) you should reduce the rear droop, i.e. going from 3 to 4. This way more weight is being kept on the rear axle. Visa versa when the car is understeering going into a corner while braking.

1-4 is a good setting for smooth tracks without a lot of weight transfer.
When the track is bumpy i always use 0-3.
Going lower then 3 in the rear and you will notice that the car doesn't transit smooth from the braking phase into the turning/ accelerating phase.

of cause frount droop comes into play when entering the corner or we wouldn't have droop
maybe you should right a book on set up as my quotes were straight out of a rc set up book.
and the question was asked what are the negative affects of this? and what is a comftable setting for the NT1

The front downstop screws aren't touching the anti rollbar blocks when the car is resting on it's wheels or braking into a corner.
You could use the upstop screws on the front but in reality nobody does that.

The only way front downstop actually does something while entering a corner is when you're accelerating into a corner.

Maybe the misunderstanding comes from me meaning downstop instead of droop.
