If you like how it handles in all but off-throttle steering, the hudy setup manual suggest a softer rear roll bar, or a lower roll center, but my personal first step is to give yourself some more rear droop. Try a mm less rear downstop at a time and see if that helps your situation.

Yes, try to use more rear droop. Front 6 and 5 rear. Maybe also 3,5° toe in in rear.
I would also use the central alu stand and normal topdeck in front and rear.
Ackermann position 4 could be also to much. Try here position 2.

Think this things will help you a lot.

You are using a lot of chassis flex. Try to put in all screws except the one under the motor mount.

You might also want to use 1.5mm shims instead of 1.15 for the front suspension holders.
