I had hoped to see a cheaper price for the new one if im honest as with the current climate manufacturers are cutting prices left right and centre but im worried that if its not more closely priced to the main competetors (losi,HN) then you may just lose out on a valuable sector of the UK market.

I'm with Oli on this one, raced my XT8 now for 14 months with NO breakages

I definitely know I'd rather a $1000 XT8 over any lower priced other brand.

I agree with some points, my truck has been very strong .. i have broke very few items but i did get slop (cured it now).
I like to get value for money and some parts of Xray are over priced but i think the whole RC market is over priced TBH so they are just following suit, i think i would go out of business before Xray lol.
Maybe they all should be careful because of the economy, if it keeps going the way it is there won't be anyone to buy any cars due to cost.
