Any idea where I can get a spare diff? I been looking in ebay and the hobby stores arround my area, no one seems to have it.

The diffs were one of the last spares which were on shortage, but have been recently shipping out. Please stay with contact with your local hobby store and contact XRAY USA at xray@rcamerica.com to get details where and when you can get the diffs.
