Not true, you can use the original mounts for that configuration. I used it indoor for a few events.

The strap sits at a slight angle and it works fine. Keep trying and you will find the holes that work.

That's why you need the 6 cell brace. It uses the hole just to the left of the hole John uses. That hole is not blocked even if you run the short arms.

Thank you for the replys but i did run into another problem.. the battery hits the front lower holder that holds the pivot pin in? Am i doing something wrong? I have the stock FK chassis... Thanks again for your help!!
