yes it will work. i always use it.

I use the losi complete filter/neck with power save foams. Works great. losi foams will also work but if you change pre filters for every round(every time you put your car back on the track) the inside of the main filter may look dirty because the foam is so course even with both pre & main filters lubed well. Depends on the dirt at your track but PS foam is safer,2 race days & inside of main filter is spotless.

I wonder where the fuel filter(s) go.

What's the problem with the stock filter? It provides much more cleaning volume.

It sometimes hit the brake linkages and it just sits in the way of "everything".
Losi neck with stock filter assembly would be best...i don't want the small Losi filter.

I went with the Losi filter assembly for the convenience of the pre-oiled filters. I just can't go back to oiling filters any more after having used these. It also fits on the 808 like it was made for it.

have any of you had pit man fail with the filter being so close to the tank

our splash guard isn't as high as the losi cars

When using the FTW body you have to use the complete Losi filter.
