DIFF O-RINGS ?

Do you put them in dry or lube them up with something? I use GMK shock snot to lube up the o-rings. They last longer and don't let oil out.

Like Robin said make sure you lube them with a grease and you should'nt see any leaking problems. The o-rings work like they are supposed to and shold'nt be leaking atleast I don't see that in my car.

Do you lube your shock shafts too?

- I soak mine in the oil/fluid I am going to be using overnight, OK that be a bit ott but hey, when rebuilding I'll leave all seals and o rings to soak for as long as

is it possible that your diff casings have been bored out too deep where the o ring sits?
is the crown gear side the same as the gear side?
are all your diffs the same?

Jorg, Thoes are the correct ones so I don't understand the problem. I use the same and never have they given me a probelm.

Have you contacted Xray or your distributor about this?

The depth of the internal o-ring bore on brand new cup is 1.91mm, & the bore diameter is 8.84mm using a digital vernier.
