Need more on-power steering....

How do I increase on-power steering in my XB8? I'm pretty quick on the rest of the track but those damn Losi's pass me and pick up time during a couple sections of the track. I have to take them slow to make the turn in time...

Increase your caster... take some drop out off the front.

Add toe-out to the front. Have you done the steering mod to the front hubs yet? I've never had any problems turning inside of a Losi nor an 808 for that matter with my EC.

Toe out will make it more aggressive on the entry, toe in will do the opposite.
On-power steering (but all of these things have different effects):
More caster
Toe-in
Thicker diff fluid in front/center
Less rear toe
Longer wheelbase
Less front droop
Stand the shocks up
Shorten rear camber link

Use the same tires as the 'fast guys' haha!

I needed more on power steering in my XT8. I went to 2 degrees rear toe from 3 degrees and what a difference. My XT8 felt like it was on rails.

what is the steering hub mod? I've done the one on the front arms...

Make sure you dremel the front upper arm mount where the nuts that hold the steering links to the Ackermann plate hit.
