XRAY - Model racing cars

The previous buggy kits from XRAY are no longer in production. Only the XB8'08 is available from the factory. XRAY does not alter the prices of these discontinued kits, but I don't know what good it would do if they did. Any shop that has one would have paid for it at the previous prices, so it will be up to them if they want to discount them.

If you are looking for one of the older kits new, and you find one, I would snatch it up quick. They are getting harder and harder to find, and once they are gone, there won't be any more! Parts are still available for the EC, and the previous buggies!

Thanks for the reply, i think it does sound better to go for the 808, but i didnt realise they had stopped production of the EC. Makes sense. And i agree the shops are not going to lower their prices.

so the hunt is on for a good priced new 808 in europe, (france) maybe i can get the special french kit.

539 euros for the XRAY 808 FR kit.

Anyone know what extra bits come in the FR kit...

You can still get parts for the original XB8, so I would have to think you will be able to get parts for it for the forseeable future. I would not be afraid of parts becoming obsolete for years to come.
