I just did sent mail as requested. I hope your support staff can process it soon. Nice to see that Xray reacts fast into issues at hand, but in the end we are talking about things that should happen automatically without straight end-user to manufacturer communication. When thinking from customers point of view, information about possible delivery and/or other problems should be available through local dealer in more detail than it's now.

As mentioned above it's nice to see that Xray reacts into problems that customers face and share here in the forums, but this kind of behaviour (at least to me) gives impression that you are only putting out fires that are most visible ones.

Hopefully your new XRAY Millenium RC Factory will make things better when it's fully operational.
