Ok, I guess a better question is...I have 64 pitch spurs, do I need 64p pinions? I'll just get a couple different pinions to get started, right now I have none so when the motor comes in (Tekin Redline Sensored BL 10.5) I'll at least be able to get the car rolling.

You asked about the "C" rating of li-po's...
In regards to output, most li-po's are 20C or 25C... In simple terms, this is how much power the battery can put out. The higher, the better.
In regards to charging, most manufactures tell you to charge at 1C. This is the amperage for every 1000mah you should set your charger to. If the battery is a 3200, then the 1C is 3.2 amps... if the battery is 4200, then the 1C is 4.2
Your charger must be capable of charging li-po's... if it doesn't have a specific setting for li-po, don't use the charger. A li-po charger will start charging at the amperage you set, but during charging, will decrease the amp rate as needed. This is why a ni-cd/ni-mh charger won't work.
