Your rear shock setup seems a little soft compared to what I like.
Before you switch to more caster I would try this shock setup:

1,3mm piston in front with 400 oil and 1,4 mm piston in rear with 500 oil. Maybe even up to 600 in rear. Use the standard silver springs.

He was losing rear end ...that's why we moved to softer rear.
