I made some 'tear' shaped washers from 0.8mm lexan sheet to keep inner bearing rubber seal on it's place. Also these holds bearing better in it's seat and plastic washers gives some "bumber" effect if bearings have those hits what explained on first page.

Before that I had two dead bearings in short time, most reason was dust. After this no problems yet . . .
