what is the difference fore this matches and how can i compeet in it ?

You need to participate at the national series first and doing well. Every country gets certain amount of starting places for both EC A & B and you will need to be in the top nationally or to be on the list at position where the qualified drivers in front of you will not participate and you can take their starting places. EC B is more-less "sport class", while the EC A is more-less "pro class". More you can read at www.efra.se

The problem is, it's a race that has good exposure so there will always be factory drivers there to take the podiums, so i doubt very much it will really be a "B" euros.
