Problem with Engine Mount

I have the OS 28 in my XT8 with the OS engine mounts and hardware. I can't seem to keep the engine mount from moving. No matter how hard I tighten them, or how much loctite, still doesn't matter. Was wondering if anyone could help with this situation. Thanks.

I have this setup and I changed to the countersunk shims and screws. The dome screws are slightly longer.

if the assembled mount is moving, try these shims. I put them on both the 808 and the XT8. they hang down below the chassis just a millimeter or two, but dont affect the handiling at all and save the mount from moving. flat headed 4mmx10mm screws are needed as well.

So long as you dont have screws hitting the mount blocks like Bren posted, it shouldn't move even with the supplied Pan screws on the bottom of the chassis.

My Chassis mounting bolts were bottoming out so I just shaved em a whisker on the bench grinder.

Thanks for the help, but I already have the countersunk screws and shims. (I should have clarified that first, sorry) I have a screw depth gauge and the screws are not bottoming out. Was wondering if maybe a lock washer or something would help. Thanks again.
