So, less rebound should we use on low track grip?

i am looking setups and usually driver use 20% on track with medium traction. So less grip less rebound?

Martin,

I understand everything so.....
I presume that I can use this tips on 008 and NT1 also.
I have only one question:

The efects of rebound is too significant to help an oversteer car?
If I done everything that I can to prevent an oversteer car but still had the problem.
I will be able to fix this problem with rebound? Ex: more rebound on front and less rebound on rear!
