Hi guys, ran my car a couple times now and I am struggling a little on the rough but I am using a completely different setup to the kit setup. I think I may go to the original recommended setup, just curious as to your thoughts who've tryed it - Does it work well? Temp is around 17c and the track is astro with some little bumps here and there and a rumble section, nothing awful but the bumps are on the straight and they're costing me quite badly. Other than that the car is PHENOMINAL.

Been using:
1.4mm Pistons Front
32.5wt Oil

1.5mm Pistons Rear
35wt Oil.

THE OUTER SWAY BAR MOUNT ON THE ARM IS NOT INTENDED FOR THE 808 SWAY BARS!!!! Just FYI....

Hi all!

Today made my first laps with xray 808 :twisted:

My old car was a jammin x1cr (great car) but this 808....

I made about 10 deposits today and the car is so FASTTTTTTTT in the air looks like a bird!
At the beginning is a bit hard because the steering (10x better then x1cr) but when u get used to it.. lol... Omg ! :twisted:

Tomorrow i got a race lets see how it will be! :twisted:

This car makes rc addictive

So I ran the 808 for the first time yesterday, these are the standout features:
-Unbelievable acceleration
-Great steering
-Amazing pop off jumps

The rear end is a bit bouncy though, and it is a bit loose, but that may have just been the tires as I only tried out one tire (new track). So I'm going to go with a grey spring, inner sway bar mount hole (didn't know), 1.4mm pistons, and 450cst-ish oil.

I had my 1st Pro/Expert race with my Xray 808 last night, and even with a bad lean bog on my motor I still finished on the podium!!!! This buggy is cheating!!! Very Happy
