XRAY - Model racing cars

After some issues with my broken chassis not being delivered for over a month Xray suprised me and sent me a new chassis anyway. My new chassis arrived last Thursday and the countersinking on the holes is perfect. I'm very pleased this has been rectified but only wish the process didn't take so long. I'm satisifed that a new chassis has been sent to rectify the issue I experienced. However I still question how the 'official' word from Xray was that all chassis were within production tolerances. The pictures above proove that the original chassis had the wrong size holes. Why wouldn't Xray simply state this in the first place?

New season approaching and still no settlement on this ?
my LHS has said he will buy me three new chassis to replace them if Xray doesnt step up,but this isnt suitable as it is a manufacturing issue not a wholesale distribution problem.
no one has posted in a while on this ,is it all rectified
I sent photos too my guy early in the spring and still xray has never sent new chassis and I fear that if no chassis are replaced I will give up micro racing on this one situation alone I didnt spend 1000 dollars on new cars to get subgrade quality if I wanted bad quality and customer service I should have bought a nother brand

I left an update somewhere in this thread that Xray sent me a replacment chassis after I had sent my original chassis in for inspection.

Actually I don't think my chassis ever made it to Xray as it was 4 weeks after I shiped it and they just sent me a new one anyway.

The holes in the new chassis they sent me were countersunk the correct size and all of the screws are seated flush to the bottom without going so deep that there is risk of them pulling through.

I know it is a pain to ship the chassis to them but if you do I would suggest doing so with a method that includes a tracking number.

I have not heard/seen this on my car or the cars in my club. So I would say that problem is fixed.
