Is this just a testing configuration??

First time posting on Xray forum...

I don't know if it ever been discussed, but I found something interesting on TITC photo ()

The motor mount is much forward than regular T2'008.

Is this something just a testing configuration??

Ahhh yes. Looks to be a gap between the rear diff bulkhead and the motor mount. Take a look at the pics on the site for the difference. I have to admit all I was looking at at first was the motor. Didn't even notice the gap. I don't think that is due to the angle of the camera. The spur is clearly closer to the front of the chassis. This would mean longer rear belt & shorter front. Less room for electronics...may not matter on the 5 cell version or if running lipo...just move the Rx to the other side. Will the 009 be far behind?
