Try the 20t pinion and 53t spur first. If its not short enough, then try the 54t spur. Always go in small increments. :wink:

hey guys,
i got one more question and i'll be ready for next week's race.

i dont have a tire truer, so i race my car with the stock 65mm/ front and rear tire diameter. the basic set-up sets the ride hights at 6.5 rear, and 6 in front but with 60 and 59 tires diameter, what shall i do?? what should be my ride hights with the 65mm tires???

for the ride hight setting, can i keep my stock 65mm tires and set the ride hight lower. for example 5.5 rear and 5 front, or lower?? is it possible or do i have to change the roll center setting???

It is always better to set the rideheight lower, it will keep the roll down and you will get more groundeffect (as if it is already noticeable)

I advise you to take the car out for a spin with the Hudy setup book in the backpocket and notice what you dislike and change settings with the use of the setup book.

i'm surely gonna run the car before the race and change few things here and there. i was asking about the roll center changment because TeamGp wrote it down, i was just wondring if it's doable to lower the car more without changing the roll center setting?? if not, i'll go ahead and do what Teamgp said, i'll change the roll center settings and set the ride hight as said the basic set-up sheet.

Hi Guys,

well, raced my NT1 last weekend, it was the third points race in Kuwait, i had a major problem with my front steering block bearing, before the race, i was setting the clutch and suddenly, the car started spinning, so i took the front part apart and found that the left steering block's bearings are heavily damaged, couldn't find same dimensions, so i installed 15*10*4, with 1mm gap, the rear was shaky and drifted alot, i managed to finish in 4th position though

1st NT1
2nd 720
3rd MTX4
4th NT1 (me)

5th TM-G4

2 XRAYs within the top 5 positions was the best thing about the whole race
