New 808 Questions

As a consumer that is about to spend quite a bit of money investing in this company and product, I would like to know 3 things about the 808 buggy.

1. Will it be offered as a kit or pre-built?
2. When will it be made available in the US?
3. What will be the price?

I've never seen a product release without such vital information. I'm hoping a representative will be able to respond to my questions.

2) Early April
3) It should be AROUND the same price as the EC, which sold for $600 last year.

Two people over at sgrid reported seeing two 808's running in Houston yesterday. Anyone else hear about this? Were the kits from RC America?

we also had reports of 6 new 808s racing some place round saturn close to the moon, but then the guy just woke up and realised he was full of crap ............if they had been released yet then mr wheeler im sure would be running one this weekend !

Yes Rocco and I both had a car at this race and let me tell you I'm
very impressed especially with the very short amount of time with it.
There should be no worries at all about the gear mesh. You can tell
the difference more with no motor in it than you can with a motor in
it, its very slight. More to come later.

yeah there were 2 808's in houston and seeing the smile on roccos face after he drove it for the first was priceless after seeing him build friday his and jasons cars were just awsome to watch

Yep I saw them race and the cars looked good. Jason TQed and won and Rocco was fast too. He flamed in the main I heard so i don't know where he ended up.
