hi there,if you have a look at the thread with the roll center,there is some good stuff there,a good way for a quike setup is as others do,if you have a ride hight gauge,set your ride hight,then just push the gauge in to 6mm,turn the grub screws untill your wheels just leave the setup board,then turn it back so they just kiss the board,iv not tyed this way but it makes sence,i used the HUDY droop blocks and gauge,then put your car on the setup board(or somthing realy flat),pust the front right shock tower over the shock,if the rear left wheel lifts off the ground,undo the rear grub screws half a turn then do it again and also on the other side,when you can push left and right so that the rear wheels dont leave the ground,you know you are somewere near,
