XRAY - Model racing cars

Similar to the 'formal' EC announcement, I feel it bit sad..... sad that I do own 2 TQ's which are in perfect shape and drive awesome, but both are not the newest cars.... After 1 minute I start smiling that I'm lucky to drive two fantastic TQ's of which info is easily found as there's so much written already....

I like improvements and yes, I do think that this new car will be an improved one over the previous models. However, I still highle appriciate the quality of all XB8 versions and enjoy riding them...

So, I will still buy spare parts if necessary (not really...) to enjoy my TQ's...

In the pictures & script relating to the prototype car You will see lots of little tweeks & prototype ideas, these as juraj needs to know how it affects things before he works his magic, but this he also wrote in the script.

The bridge less arms you have been asking about, have been on test for quite a while now & I personally have used them since mid 07. Basics of them they are slightly shorter in length so longer pivot plates are used to keep car to width. Webbing is removed to allow them to flex like the long soft wishbones but they retain their shape because they are thicker & so do not warp. On the hub end a threaded shaft is used for strength.

I just hope they do a conversion kit just like the EC Conversion kit. That was really a good way to hold onto the TQ owners who just bought the TQ.

As far as I understand they are softer but won't warp like the old soft wishbones.

Will it work on the truggy?

I guess you can just cut off the bridge. Problem is then at the slightest crash you might pop the outer hinge pin out, so that would have to be changed to a hinge pin with nuts or clips.
