Alright, so I just got my m18 this morning and before the power is even turned on it's having issues. I finish up changing all my connectors to Dean's so everything will work with my charger. Then I set about making sure the motor is properly positioned and all. Checking the mesh on the spur and pinion I find that the motor moves from side to side with almost no effort. Working to figure out why this is I discover that the entire little plastic piece that the motor is attached to, which is in turn attached to the chassis is completely loose and the two tiny little screws keeping it on are loose as well and moving with the motor mount. I'm just amazed that the motor, the thing that makes the car go, is mounted on such a tiny little flimsy piece of plastic, that obviously breaks at the slightest amount of pressure.
I was in high spirits after the place I bought the car from sent me the NTm18MT by accident, and the guy we called last night was willing to go out of his way after hours to get the proper car shipped overnight, thus even letting me use it so quickly.
What do I do, XRay fans, what do I do?
