Here is a picture I got off Neo-Buggy. Looks like a RC8 shock tower and the shocks are threaded.

Whats up with the bracket that lifts the bottom end of the shocks up from the arms?

As far as the threaded bodies thats cool but using other MFR's longer springs I like more. I hate seeing half the shock body above the level of the spring.
