XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi, I've got the new Alu shocks for my 007 recently. During the assembly, I have come across the problem of the shock rebound procedure. It seems like no matter how slow I put out and in the shcok rod, there is always the air bubbles being introduced into the shocks through this procedure. Very often when I put the shock rod slowly out, the whole set of O-rings will come off from the shock body so when I push the rod back, air is introduced into the shock body.

So any suggestion to help get rid of this! Much thanks for your advice!

When you are setting the rebound are you removing the lower cap or just loosening it a little bit??

Unfortunately there is no Xray team driver’s in the Toronto area, but I did talk to a few guys at Fastcats today and they had the same problem, but there were able to bleed them thru the top by pushing down on the rubber membrane, still a pain to get the rebound on all four shocks the same but should work I guess, I will try tomorrow, I can almost guarantee that you can not set the rebound properly without getting any air into the shocks by following the instructions, I think Xray should revise them but they do work for the normal plastic shocks.
