The B7 Pro is a good engine. Sometimes it can be a pain to tune. I have about 2 gallons on it and it still has great pinch to it. I get great mileage on it as well.


I have been hearing good things about the M5 and I am looking to change for fun. It is really between the M5 and the Vspec for me. Vspec don't seem to last as long but they are very fast. It is easy to get a piston and sleeve replacement for a Vspec. I just can't find a part number for a piston and sleeve replacement for the M5. I think if it is even comparable I am going to give it a shot.

My Max M5 is still running on stock bearings, although I plan on replacing them with ceramics and a new con-rod by next season. No rear bearing issues at all.
