XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello everyone hope all are enjoying the weekend. My question is what is the best way and most effect way to clean the XT8 after a day of racing.. I would like to know what product are good to clean and would not damage the XT8. What technique one use. I know about a good air compressor but what else. I know that dirt is hard to get off.

most of the people i know pick the bigger stuff off with a toothbrush then spray a mist of simple green on it, let it soak a little then blow it off with air.

Take out the engine / pipe, whole radio tray and box. Remove the hub bearings. Hose down with water. Spray down with WD-40 then blow off with air.

This is what the WD-40 is for, the "WD" in WD-40 stands for Water Displacement, so everywhere the WD-40 is, water isn't, haha.

Like CarbonJoe said, if you look at your bearings after you run, they are CAKED with dirt.

The only areas I've had problems in rinsing the car like this is from the alcohol drying the center diff bearings out, as these are the only that I have had fail on me, so I always check these.
